Join us the day before the Presbytery meeting, September 12 (the Assembly meets on September 13), at Stronghold Camp & Retreat Center for an afternoon and evening of relaxation, reflection and renewal.

Overnight lodging is available at Heritage Lodge so you can wake up in the morning and walk to the meeting.

WHAT’S IN STORE?

With a pandemic, a politically divisive climate and the changing role of church in society, everyone’s anxious moments are on the rise. Monday afternoon’s theme will focus on the practical aspects of Paul’s encouragement to “Be Not Anxious”. What is anxiety? How is it triggered? How can we work to reduce it? Through discussion, worship and quiet time, you will find a few stress-free hours and perhaps new tools to carry home.

You are encouraged, but not required, to bring your stress-coping tools with you to share.
